FFoundry
In active developmentFoundry is in private beta. Features described on this site are part of our active roadmap — some are live today, others are being built. We confirm what's live and what's in progress with each builder during early-access onboarding.

Construction management software

Run every job from one place.

Foundry gives small and mid-sized contractors a single workspace for jobs, budgets, daily logs, schedules, change orders, and client communication — built for the way builders actually work.

Everything a job needs, in one workspace

Replace the spreadsheets, group texts, and bookkeeping back-and-forth with a single tool your office, field, and clients can all use.

Jobs & projects

Track every active job with budgets, schedules, daily logs, photos, RFIs, and change orders in one place.

Budgets & job costing

CSI-aligned cost codes, real-time budget vs. actual, and WIP snapshots so you always know where each job stands.

Daily logs & photos

Crews log progress from the field. Photos auto-organize by job and date — searchable for warranty and disputes.

Change orders & RFIs

Track scope changes and field questions with full audit trails, client approvals, and signed records.

Client portal

Give every client a private, login-gated view of their job — selections, progress, invoices, and approvals.

Crew & timecards

Mobile-friendly crew portal for time entry, document delivery, and pay stubs. Built for the field.

How Foundry fits your business

You stay in control of every job. Your team stays aligned. Your clients stay informed.

  1. 1. Set up your company

Bring in your team, cost codes, billing preferences, and templates. Onboarding takes an afternoon, not a month.

  2. 2. Run your jobs

Create jobs, draft budgets, schedule work, log daily progress, and capture costs as they happen.

  3. 3. Invite clients and crew

Each client sees only their job. Crew sees only what they need. You see everything.

Built for builders

Foundry is purpose-built for residential, commercial, and specialty contractors — not adapted from generic project software.

Common questions

If your question isn't here, email support@foundrybuilders.com.

Who is Foundry built for?
Residential general contractors, custom home builders, remodelers, commercial GCs and design-build firms, and specialty trade contractors running their own jobs. If you're managing construction work and the office, field, and clients all need to stay aligned, Foundry is built for you.
When can I start using it?
Foundry is in private beta with a handful of builders today. Request early access on this page and we'll be in touch about onboarding, pricing, and a timeline that fits your business.
What does it cost?
During the private beta we're working with each builder individually on pricing that fits their team size and job volume. Plans and public pricing arrive alongside the public launch later this year.
Does Foundry replace QuickBooks or my accounting software?
No — Foundry handles operations (jobs, budgets, change orders, daily logs, schedules, photos, client portal, crew portal). It connects to QuickBooks Online via a two-way sync so your accountant keeps the books and you keep the project running.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We work with you during onboarding to bring in your cost codes, active jobs, vendor list, and any historical budgets you want to carry over. CSV import is the path for most teams; for larger migrations we'll handle it manually with you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+, AES-256). Each builder's data lives in a strictly isolated tenant — Postgres row-level security policies prevent cross-tenant access at the database layer. Client portal users can only see the specific jobs they've been invited to. Detailed practices live on the Privacy Policy page.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. The client portal and crew portal are included in your subscription. Your clients sign in to view their job, approve change orders, and see invoices at no cost to them.
What devices does Foundry work on?
Foundry runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox — on desktop, tablet, and phone. The crew and client portals are mobile-first; the builder dashboard is desktop-first but fully usable on a tablet.
